Eversource keeps the lights on in New England. They reach out to their customers by radio, TV, OOH, and more. That means I created copy that could evolve from one form of media to the next.
Tasks ranged from getting New Englanders excited for EVs to warning about upcoming winter energy spikes. It was a metaphorical tightrope between delivering good and bad news in a concise way. There were other opportunities to get specific communities involved with Eversource. Opportunities like having communities join Eversource on a marathon allowed me and my team to turn the behemoth energy company into an approachable brand that sounds like your neighbor. |
