Eversource keeps the lights on across New England. My role was to write copy that could flex across radio, TV, OOH, and digital.
The work ranged from promoting EV adoption to communicating upcoming winter energy spikes. Each message required clarity, restraint, and empathy. Often delivering both good and bad news without losing trust or attention. Beyond core messaging, I helped bring Eversource into local communities through activations like marathon partnerships, turning a massive energy provider into a brand that felt more approachable. One that sounded less like a utility and more like a neighbor. |
