Common misconception: Boston runs on the MBTA’s trains, not Dunkin's. I worked closely with folks at the MBTA for years to give riders and future employees updates about what’s going on. Between train closures, steep cutbacks, and a needed ridership boost, I often had to serve controversial news in a quick, digestible way. This was done through an honest, slightly snarking Bostonian voice.
