Common misconception: Boston runs on the MBTA, not Dunkin’. I worked closely with the MBTA to keep riders and future employees informed on closures, cutbacks, and ridership initiatives. Each message had to deliver potentially controversial news in a way that was quick, digestible, and unmistakably Bostonian. That means honesty, with a touch of local wit.
